There are 2 formula of rentals with quite different rental conditions:'Chez moi à Paris' formula with elegant apartments
and apart-hotel style quality services managed by France Appartements
and 'Prêt à Vivre' formula at best possible
rates for fully furnished apartments managed directly by owners.
1 - WHEN TO COME IN PARIS
You can arrive
the exact DAY OF YOUR CHOICE and leave the day of your choice, 365 days
/ 365.
Check-in time is: 2:00 p.m. (14h)
Check-out time is: 12:00 p.m. (12h)
Only For "Chez Moi" guests there are possibilities of an EARLY
check-in service and a LATE check-out service at extra charge (50% of
the night rate each service) .
2 - ACCESS TO THE
APARTMENT
For most of the apartments - and
when the rental contract is entirely completed - there is no need to come
to our office when you arrive: the access is on site or nearby the apartment.
Check-in for a 'Chez moi à Paris' unit is EXPRESS
and automatic.
With a Chez moi à Paris unit you will find the keys in a safety box located
just in the entrance hall or nearby. In case of any question when you
check-in, or check-out, just call our welcome team or our 24h assistance
phone service.
Check-in for a 'Prêt à Vivre' unit is directly
with the owner.
With a Prêt à Vivre Unit the owner, or its representative, will wait for
you at the building entrance or nearby.
To benefit for this service: upon reception
of the booking confirmation your signature will by requested by return
(email, fax or mail), with a copy of your passport, to settle your agreement
of the rental contract and authorize the credit card charge.
WELCOME SERVICE AND TRANSFER DIRECT TO YOUR APARTMENT
for guests in 'Chez Moi' units
From Charles de Gaulle or Orly airport
1 to 4 persons with luggage: 89 Euros (car or van)
5 to 6 persons with luggage: 119 Euros (minibus)
Very useful and easy after a long flight.
From a Paris Train station (Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon, etc.)
1 to 4 persons with luggage: 59 Euros (car or van)
5 to 6 persons with luggage: 89 Euros (minibus)
We strongly recommend you to book our car when you arrived by EUROSTAR
(Gare du Nord) to avoid a very long queue for a taxi.

3 - LENGTH OF THE
STAY
MINIMUM STAY:
there is a 3 night minimum stay 'Chez Moi' units and a 7 night minimum
stay for most of the 'Prêt à Vivre' units. If different,
it is indicated on the unit particular description. MONTHLY RATE FORFEIT: it is more economical
to ask for it at the booking if your stay may to extend after 3 weeks. EXTENSION: please notice that any extension
CANNOT be guaranteed if not book in advance.
4 - BOOKING PROCEDURE
To booking please use, in full safety thanks to Verisign service, our web on-line reservation system while following the indications of the pages will appear in front of you.
You can also call us at + 33 1 56 89 31 00 (Paris Time 10h to18h from
Monday to Friday).
You can also send us a fax + 33 1 56 89 31 01 or an E-mail info@rentapart.com
with your arrival (exact time if possible), departure date, and your credit
card number (with expiration date and security printed code).
We will take 25% down
to secure the booking.
The balance of the stay (including tenant deposit) will be paid:
- with a 'Chez moi' unit: only the arrival day
- with a 'Prêt à Vivre unit: 30 nights before the arrival
day.***Important notice: if not paid on time, the Prêt à Vivre
booking will be cancelled and the 25% down payment kept as cancellation
fees*** You will receive a confirmation e-mail with all
of the details for your arrival and your stay. As soon possible please
check-it to avoid any mistake and contact us immediately if there are
some changes.
MAJOR CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED:
American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diner's Club, JCB are welcomed.
Cheques are not accepted
5 - WHAT IS INCLUDED or not IN THE RATES
5.1 Formula CHEZ MOI with extensive
hospitality services
Rates include with Chez Moi Units:
ALL TAXES
HOUSEKEEPING ONCE A WEEK (every 7 nights) AND at the end of the
stay
Direct, express Check-in at - or nearby - the apartment. Express
Check-out at the apartment.
Basic apartment insurance except for guest luggage and values
24h/day telephone assistance number
Rates DO NOT include with Chez Moi Units:
Electricity and gas according meter
(except when it is indicated in the particular rate description)
Telephone card or call units
Extra services on request available only with Chez moi units: extra
housekeeping, breakfast, fax, mobile, VCR-DVD rentals, laundry.
Insurance for guests' luggage, cash, valuables: please contact
your insurance agent before departure
TENANT DEPOSIT: always requested. Amount
according length of the stay. To be paid when the rental balance is due.
5.2 Formula PRET A VIVRE
with direct owner management
RATES INCLUDE with Pret a Vivre Units:
ALL TAXES
Basic apartment insurance except for guest luggage and values
RATES DO NOT INCLUDE with Pret a Vivre Units: Electricity and gas according
meter (except when it is indicated in the particular rate description)
Telephone card or call units
FINAL cleaning:to
do by yourself or to settle directly with the owner on site. Please kindly note that there is no cleaning and linen service during
the stay.
Insurance for guests' luggage, cash, valuables: please contact
your insurance agent before departure
TENANT DEPOSIT: always requested. Amount
according length of the stay. To be paid when the rental balance is due.
6 - IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
Whatever the reason of the cancellation and whenever you notified
it, If you cancel at any time between the day after you received the
Booking Confirmation and the day when the rental balance is due or
if the booking is cancelled by us due to non payment of the rental balance
on time, you will lose your booking deposit.
Whatever the reason of the cancellation and whenever you
notified it,If you cancel after the day when the
rental balance is due or if you do not arrive at the first day of the
stay (no show), or if you vacate the property before the end of the rental
period, you will lose the full rental cost (only the
'tenant deposit' paid will be refunded less extra charges if applicable).
Please note that the rental rate has been calculated according the length
of your stay.
For stays of 3 months and more, special departure conditions may be applicable
upon a particular prior agreement.
Modification. Changes of arrival date, length of stay
can be considered as a cancellation. If the modification is accepted by
us, a modification fee of 45 Euros will be charged.
A cancellation insurance is offered by us at the time of booking.
