As the street name indicates it clearly, we are truly at the feet of the Arc de Triomphe (less than a 400 m walk), on the monumental place de l’Etoile which closes the Champs Elysées Avenue. All the animation of Parisian life is here, just at a few minute walk. Nearby, the Place des Ternes and the Rue Bayen with its lively open food shops offer the pleasure of a residential life in an elegant Paris area.
The apartment is quietly located on a 5th floor (6 Us level) by lift of an early Art Deco building, built in a courtyard behind the line of the 19 th century Paris classic buildings of the street. The owner of this Paris one bedroom apartment managed to retain the spirit of the place by creating a décor evoking the Twenties with some colonial accents: dark wood parquet floor and furniture, leather sofa with round forms, tiling in mosaic and wrought iron luminaries.
