There are 4 similar units in the Résidence with the same sunny orientation on the courtyard. They are located from the 1st to the 4th floor (2nd to 5th US levels). Please note that it is not possible to book in advance a particular floor. Of course, we will take care of your preference upon your arrival.

Each large studio - or junior suite - of 45 sqm includes a spacious room with a double bed (or 2 twins according your request) a seating area with sofa (easily converted into a quality, double bed), a reading chair and a coffee table plus a dining area with table and chairs. Flat screen TV set (including CNN and BBC World). Wifi free of charge.
A separate kitchen with window is equipped with microwave, washer-dryer and dish-washer. White-tiled bathroom with bath and overhead shower (with shower curtain) and toilet. Modern furniture with soft, muted colours.

There are many famous brasseries, cinemas, theatres, supermarkets to choose from on your doorstep as well as pedestrian covered malls and a typical open air market.
