The Residence Bergère is located in the lively historical centre of Paris, close to the Garnier Opera House and the Stock Exchange, in an early 19th. century building, which was renovated with care. The building is located on picturesque private street and has a small courtyard garden at the back.
There are 2 bright studio apartments in La Résidence Bergère . One is on the ground floor with a private TERRACE on the small green courtyard of the Residence. The second one is on the 5th and top floor (large lift). Please note that it is not possible to book in advance a particular floor. Of course, we will take care of your preference upon your arrival.

There is also microwave, washer-dryer, double quality bed. White-tiled bathroom, the ground floor studio has a bath with overhead shower and shower curtain and the 5th floor studio has a shower cubicle only. There is a separate toilet in both units Modern furniture in soft colors. The unit on the ground floor benefits from a private patio terrace with a garden dining table and two armchairs.
There are many famous brasseries, cinemas, theaters, supermarkets to choose from on your doorstep as well as pedestrian covered malls and a typical open air market. The metro stop 'Grands Boulevards', with 2 convenient lines, is only 200 meters away.
