This is a impeccable, simple studio apartment with a great location in Paris Le Marais. La rue des Tournelles is very close to the picturesque Place des Vosges (see our Paris interactive map link) and in a charming Parisian area with lot of boutiques, food shops, cafés and restaurants. The metro stop ‘Chemin Vert’ is only at 1 minute walk.

It is situated in a 1930 brick building, on the 3rd floor with lift (4th US level with elevator) with its windows on the courtyard side.

There is about 22 sqm with an entrance, a bathroom , a living room with a window. Unlike most small studios in Paris, this one includes also a kitchen separated from the sleeping area.
Both the kitchen and bathroom are of a good standard (shower stall with curtain). The apartment furnishing is basic but comfortable. There is a TV and also a small CD Hifi player. All is very clean and well maintained.

A good choice to enjoy a central, prime location at first rate level.
