It's located right in the right in the centre of Pariswith the beautiful Hotel de Ville, the Pont Neuf (which, despite its name, is the oldest bridge in Paris) and the lively Chatelet and les Halles just on your doorstep
It is an attractive area with many restaurants and typical Parisian cafés. It is well served by public transport too if you want to move around the city.
As well as being in an exceptional location, the apartment is very well arranged too. It is situated on the 3rd floor (4th US leve) of a handsome Parisian building at the corner of the wide, bustling rue de Rivoli and the rue Saint-Denis.
The interior is charming and modern thanks to its designer furniture. There is a lovely relaxing lounge area with two sofas and plenty of light from the windows with a view onto a tree lined avenue. The effect is stunning. Indeed, the coloured furniture blends well with the stone walls and blue curtains. The open plan kitchen and the bathroom are fully equipped and modern.
